Early Learning ServicesAWI's Office of Early Learning is responsible for implementation of the state's Child Care Resource and Referral, School Readiness, and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs. Florida's VPK program includes high reading and writing standards, strict accountability, appropriate curricula, substantial instruction periods, manageable class sizes and qualified instructors.
